E-Design
Design Breakdown:
An excerpt of an E-Design Project where the main floor of the home was furnished to reflect the client's current clean and cozy, transitional style.
BEFORE
The homeowners original entryway was often used for guests to enter, as the garage was their main point of entry. It lacked character and useful storage, so, a main goal was to achieve a functional focal point that sets the tone for the rest of the home.
AFTER
Options were offered to provide a warm, modern and lived-in look they desired. Each option included spots for quick storage, somewhere to sit to put on or take off shoes, a mirror for a self check on the way out, a rug to ground the space and add warmth and texture.
CLIENT RECOMMENDATIONS
A mudroom locker style option
A 2D floorplan including tips of where to place furnishing.
A warm wood and cane credenza option
All items detailed in moodboard linked to source for the client to purchase at their leisure.
SUMMARY
The client was provided with actionable design inspiration for their home. Clear visuals were provided for every room of their main floor with furnishing sources that fit their desired vibe, thoughtful details that met their functional needs and how-to's to attain the look on their set budget.
